The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

I always return to this cozy beach house. The helpful staff found my lost ID card during my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, off-site parking, a kitchen with utensils, a flat-screen TV, laundry facilities. Perfect for a romantic escape. No regrets!

The apartment had a nice decor and a high level of standard. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront with stunning views of the beach and sea. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was blissful. The hosts were attentive and provided a cot and high chair for our child.
The stairs were quite steep and could be a concern for elderly or young children. The payment process was not made clear, causing confusion.

Our stay at Marina Beach House in Caister-on-Sea was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had a high level of standard with lovely decor, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, right on the sea front, with stunning views of the beach and sea from the enclosed balcony. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The hosts were attentive and even provided a cot and high chair for our little one. it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Although the furniture downstairs could use an update, it's understandable since pets are accepted at this property. Additionally, there were a few cleanliness issues, such as the placemats leaving a muddy water after cleaning and a subpar vacuum.

We had a fantastic Christmas break at this beach house. The location couldn't have been better - just a few steps away from the sandy beach. It was such a joy to wake up in the morning and go for a walk along the shore with our dog. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and a clean bathroom. We really appreciated the little touches like the provided sugar, tea, coffee, and milk. The views from the main room were stunning, and we loved sitting in the sunroom and watching the waves. a perfect spot for a beachside getaway.
While we had a great time overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. there were some noise disturbances due to ongoing renovations at the neighboring house.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely beach house. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach, with a stunning sea view from the main bedroom. the house was modern and seemed brand new, with fresh carpet throughout. It was situated on a quiet dead-end street, so parking was never a problem. the house was clean and had everything I needed. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. the beach itself was quiet and sandy, although there were stones closer to the sea. It was a great location, with Great Yarmouth just a 5-minute drive away. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.
